This Confidentiality Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the confidentiality terms for users who engage with JapaScholarship.

1. Confidential Information

• Any personal, academic, or financial details shared by users.
• Any documents submitted for review (CVs, personal statements, recommendation letters, etc.).

2. Non-Disclosure Obligations

• We agree not to disclose, share, or sell any confidential user information to third parties without explicit consent.
• Users must also maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary materials and advice received.

3. Exceptions

• Disclosure is permitted if required by law or to prevent fraudulent activity.
• Users sharing fraudulent or misleading documents will forfeit confidentiality protection.
